FCRA before the 1997 ammendments??

Does anyone know where I can find the FCRA that applies to accounts before 1997. The only FCRA I can find is with the ammendments made in 1997. I need to know what the law was before the ammendments..... Any help would be great....

Thanks so much!!!! I need this for an account with ford Motor credit from 1995. It's hard to qoute law when the current laws don't apply.......lol
