Thank you for posting that I need to know more about the FCRA and what I have found is hard to understand. Not to mention sleep inducing. Ugggh but it appears I may need this due to some prebk accts showing as CO's that have been verified by the CRA's and no response to letters sent yet. Just getting prepared as I fear the OC's will ignore me. Tegleg
Thank you. I have been sued by a CA and I need to file an answer along with a counterclaim. I have never done this before and was hoping to add some FCRA violations to my counterclaim.
