On May 28, I disputed a few things via the online dispute service. I disputed a previous address, telephone number, 3 collections, and 6 inquiries. Well, they changed my address to the address I disputed, left my phone number on there, deleted 1 collection and left the other 2 alone (exactly the same), and didn't even touch the inquiries. I'm going to send one more letter saying that you ignored my disputes, you must delete. Anyone else run into this problem?
Re: the personal info I would call and ask them to correct it. They may ask you to send a copy of your DL and SS card. I had to do this for EQ. For the colletion account, I would send the procedures request letter to Mr. Richman(do a search for "don richman", you'll find his email. Re: inquiries. Now this is weird! For me, I've had NO success disputing them online. But when I faxed an inquiry dispute, they came off at the end of the 30 days. Although they did send a form letter telling me to contact the OC. hope this helps
