Why do I, like, have to pay LATE fees just because I'm late? I mean, is this the school library? I called up Citibank (AGAIN) and this time I asked to talk to a supervisor. I got a Mr. Chong (or Chang or something Japanese) ANYWAY, I'm like all "I was late! Big F'n deal! You're, like, gonna take late fees AND interest charges too?". I'm all "CRIPES, MR. YANG! WHAT'R YA GONNA CHARGE ME FOR NEXT?! BEING OVER MY CREDIT LIMIT?!!!!" He's all, like saying something, but I don't understand him. Anyway...can you guys help? Can they ACTUALLY, LIKE, CHARGE ME LATE FEES? GRRRRRRRRRR! My friend, Sonya, works at Blockbuster Video and she, like, NEVER charges late fees on ANYTHING! I remember once I, like totally forgot to return "Gladiator", fer like a month (God, Russel Crow is SUCH a babe!) ANYWAY, it was like in the back of my 2001 black VW Beetle, and I just forgot! I mean, BIG WHOOP! I turned it into Blockbuster all late and everything? And the manager Neil (what a jerk! I mean, nobody likes this guy!) is all "This isn't just late, it LOOKS LIKE YOU LEFT THIS IN THE SUN." and I'm all "Yeah, SOOOO?!" And he's all "I'm going to half 'ta charge you for it" and I'm all "Whatever!" I mean, I just had him put it on my CITIBANK MASTERCARD! I don't care! I'm never gonna pay THOSE guys back anything anyway! They're such phonies! ANYWAY, that evening, Sonia just went into the computer and erased the transaction! She, like totally gave me back my money! Why can't Citibank be more like that? Instead of being a such jerks like Neil and Ira. And...like, what's with that name? IRA! Who'd name their kid after a retirement account, anyway! --------------------------
