Fha Loans (arm)

    When applying for an FHA Loan they state that it is not your score that they are interested in, it is what is actually listed on your reports, correct? So does this same rule apply to the FHA ARM Loans, because most ARM Loans require you to have a credit score of at least 620.

    I think it's the same. FHA has different underwriting standards because the loan is being guranteed.
