Hey, Does anyone know what happens to your FICO score after you sell your house? I'm thinking it should go up but know with FICO anything can happen. Please share your experience. Thanks!
Bump! Okay, after I sell my home I'm hoping to buy a new one in the very near future. However, I'm hoping that the sale of this one will increase my credit score so that maybe I can get prime financing. Any experiences out there? Please answer. Thanks!
Ours went up... but it's a mixed bag because we paid down CCs, cars and mortgages all at the same time. Sorry I can't be of more help!
