So I got another FICO score today, and the items in dispute are still factored in (at least in my case), despite what some others may have experienced. There is a judgement and a charge off that are both in the process of being removed, both are noted on the CR as under investigation, but both are noted on the "factors affecting your score" section of the score report. As a matter of fact, the score is 12 points lower than it was a month ago. Go figure. PS - Did you know it takes all three CRAs up to 10 business days to add your mailed or faxed dispute request to your file, even after they receive it?
