I'll trade you. Congrats on the increase.

You know how to get an updated credit report on scorewatch?
Or is it automatic updates only?

You don't actually get updated credit reports on score watch owe2much, it will just notify you of a score change and why the change was made. I think out of all credit tools available today, equifax is the best it's the FICO score used by everybank i have been too. It's like $79.00 bucks for the year well worth it.

    jtc,
Congrats on the increase and making to 700+, a goal I hope is in my near future (maybe this week) Care to share how you got that charge off removed, for the benefit of others in the same boat? (not me, but I'm sure it will help someone)

    owe2much,
I use Score Watch. There is a place where you can set your settings on when to receive an alert. If you set them low, you will get alerts more often and be able to see fresh info. For example, if your score now is 650, you can set one of the settings that say "notify me when the score changes to ____ " (and you select 650 for the blank. When you score changes even by 1 pt, you'll get an alert and will be able to see what the change is and why? There are several settings.

Thank owe2much for that info i will try that. Hey Suzie 46 just play the "Its not my account". I asked for validation of the account, the oc said they no longer had credit card statements or even the original application on file, they admitted this in writing to me. With no documents available they cannot report to the cra. The goal is to keep at them. File complaints with the BBB, Comptroller of the Currency(OCC), and the Attorney General Office. After several complaints to 3 different agencies they finally gave up. Also make sure everyone gets carbon copys that way everybody has to reply. Keep at them for long enough and they give in eventually. Dont forget everytime i sent a letter it cost time and money for them to reply.

Thanks guys. The support I have gotten on this forum really gives me the courage to fight back.

I am trying Truecredit, and Scorewatch.
I will probably stick with scorewatch, but I need to see changes as they occur until I get issues resolved. Truecredit is way off, even my TU from the written reports.

I must have written 30 or 40 letters this summer, filed numerous complaints, and read over 100 hours on these boards.
It will be a relief when I get it all resolved , if it finally happens for me.

I have went from 553 to 661 on my scores so far, I feel like giving up, but not till I hit 700.

Something we all need to keep in mind, for credit issues, for all things in life:

    "Don't Quit"

When things go wrong as they sometimes will.
When the road youâ??re trudging seems all up hill.
When funds are low and the debts are high.
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh.
When care is pressing you down a bit.
Rest, if you must, but donâ??t you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns.
As everyone of us sometimes learns.
And many a failure turns about.
When he might have won had he stuck it out:
Donâ??t give up though the pace seems slow â??
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out â??
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt
And you never can tell how close you are.
It may be near when it seems so far:
So stick to the fight when youâ??re hardest hit â??
Itâ??s when things seem worst that you must not quit.

So to everyone who reads this....

Rest if you must, but don't quit. As a credit mentor has said to me "keep on keepin on" Breathe, regroup, (crying is one of my specialties), but then pull yourself up by the bootstraps and keep goin'.

    Don't quit.

With the equifax products, start with the 30 day free trial. A few days before the 30 days is up call and tell them to cancel. They will offer you the service as a reduce rate. The 79.99 scorewatch will be offered for 59.99. save yourself some more money that way.

As for equifax scorewatch, it is useful. But I have had a few collections drop off without a score change alert.

True credit updates the report and the score and they available at your daily request.

Thanks, I may need a rest for 30 days. It seems I am being flagged as "working with credit repair". They send me form letters instead of accepting my disputes.
Also the DV letters are still out their, so they may have a positive impact.
