well my TU is finally over 600, 613 to be exact. had 1 charge-off disputed off, it was due to fall off in a few months anyway. it showed $0 owed, high balance of $0, everything was $0 hehe still, my score went up 18 points when it dropped..I'll take an extra 18 points any day. it appears when you dispute accounts that are due to drop off within a few months, the CRA (at least TU in my case) will just go ahead and knock them off early. My dispute only lasted 5 days max on this one. I had 2 others that were due to fall off in 2 months that I disputed, same thing, the dispute only lasted like 5 days. Maybe I've just been lucky or something. dunno.
Congrats Mark, That's been a contention of mine for some time. When we dispute one that's ready to fall anyway they will just delete. This saves them the work that they would prefer not to do anyway. LOL Keep up the good work.
