Check out the difference in my scores... why is it SOOOOOO much?

Are the systems really that different?

What will the 640 get me in terms of cards? anything ?

Are you talking about the FICO score differences between the 3 CRAs, or the difference between FICO and PG FAKO? FICO scores are the ones that count. PG FAKO scores are worthless (as are EXP's "national" scores).

Most cards are NOT 100% score-driven. Many other factors come into play - especially what is showing on your reports. With scores in your range, you'll qualify for bottom-of-the-barrel choices (First Premier, Orchard, Centennial) which you will regret later. And watch out for the ridiculous fees on these cards!

Unless you REALLY NEED new cards, you're better off waiting until you're in the 680+ range. Work on boosting your scores some more (you've made some nice progress already!), and save those otherwise wasted inquiries!

    I currently have
    FNB Marin 300 limit
    First Premier 250 limit
    Orchard Silver 300 limit
First National CC 2500 limit (pre bad credit)
    Plains Secured 300 limit

all are paid off except first national which has a 450 balance (just paid 1000 day before yesterday)

what will i qualify for with a 680?

You'll qualify for much better than what you have right now. With 680 and higher, you can start to look at some prime cards with halfway-decent rates. Again, the better cards depend on your scores AND what's showing on your reports (like utilization and NO derogs).

My best advice is to be patient. Be thankful for the accounts you now have. Keep your utilization low. Many, if not all CreditNet members will tell you that things don't happen overnight. Getting your scores back into prime territory - and keeping them there - takes time and conscientious effort. Good luck!

That simulator is up there with the PG FAKO score - kinda worthless. Look up the other threads that deal with a PAID COLLECTION notation. That's a nasty one - in many ways worse than an old, unpaid collection. Something to be careful with, too, when you're negotiating with ASSet Acceptance!

    Asset Acceptence Deletion Exp?

Does anyone have any experience with getting deletions from asset acceptence?
