Today, I ordered my FICO score from Equifax, and then proceeded to get my husbands score as well. My score came up, no problems. When I started on his I got a message saying, credit file found, and then it asked me 2 questions, which obviously I knew the answers to, and then it says: "We're sorry! We are having difficultly vertifying your identity. In order to complete you identify verfication, we will need the following information: Copy of driver's license copy of social security card copy of lease agreement or utility bill USER ID Email address Has anyone else had this problem? Also, I ordered a free score from E-Loan and my score came up at 574 and my husbands at 578, funny, because his credit is much better than mine. I have 2 recent accounts that are 120+ past due and he doesn't, and he has no recent lates. I know his score has to be more than 4 points higher than mine. And then I ordered my Equifax FICO score and it is an astounding 529. YUCK!!! Oh well, and I thought it would improve after having 3 charge-offs and 1 late pay removed. No such luck!
