Does your FICO score go down if you subcribe anyone of the three credit agencies "credit watch" programs? Also, is this considered as a "hard" or "soft" inquiry.

Has anyone ever subscribed to any of these 3 credit monitoring services offered by the CRAs?

TU's and EQ's aren't really worth it anymore. EQ used to be unlimited pulls - now its 4 per year. I got in just before they changed last November. EX is decent, but its not a real FICO score.

Alot of people here are now using Privacy Guard. Maybe someone will post a link.

No, your FICO doesn't go down, these are soft inquiries.
