oh yeah, thought it interesting 1 inquiry boost your score according to this model
Interesting ... Yea parts of that score card make no sense like the inquiries lines and the "years at address" lines...I think that is highly flawed. -Dave
I used the fico scorecard as a guide. Some others didnot like it when i posted here some months ago though. I am glad you like it.
F.I.C.O. IS FLAWED
1 INQUIRY IS GOOD
0 IS BAD
2 IS BAD
Re: F.I.C.O. IS FLAWED
SO YOU CAN'T STAY ON THE BANDWAGON FOREVER???
Adding up my "scorecard" got me a 131.
To max this "scorecard" out, I would have my own my own home, that I lived in for over 10 1/5 years, be a retired professional with both a department store and major credit card, with a debt to income ratio under 15%, who hasn't applied for an credit in the last 8 years. I of course would have to have only 1 or 2 accounts with under 15% of my credit utilized with no degrogs and over 3 paid as agreed accounts.
OMG.. Thatâ??s my Grandparents. :~) Does this mean when Iâ??m 90 I have good credit?
BTW.. My Grandparents, who are very much alive will be celebrating their 64th wedding anniversary the end of this month. (Sorry I'm just so proud)
Desdemona.....lol,congratulations to the grandparents!
