Interesting ... Yea parts of that score card make no sense like the inquiries lines and the "years at address" lines...I think that is highly flawed. -Dave
I used the fico scorecard as a guide. Some others didnot like it when i posted here some months ago though. I am glad you like it. roni
Adding up my "scorecard" got me a 131. To max this "scorecard" out, I would have my own my own home, that I lived in for over 10 1/5 years, be a retired professional with both a department store and major credit card, with a debt to income ratio under 15%, who hasn't applied for an credit in the last 8 years. I of course would have to have only 1 or 2 accounts with under 15% of my credit utilized with no degrogs and over 3 paid as agreed accounts. OMG.. Thatâ??s my Grandparents. :~) Does this mean when Iâ??m 90 I have good credit? BTW.. My Grandparents, who are very much alive will be celebrating their 64th wedding anniversary the end of this month.
