Not to sound discouraging but I don't think your scores are higher enough for any cards you mentioned.
Not yet. Keep moving in the right direction and you will get there. I got AmEx Green (preappoval via mail) at arount 670. Green is easier than Blue. Some have gotten it with slightly lower scores. It isn't just scores AmEx looks for 2 years of good history, no recent derogs.
I recieved amex blue with exp scores somewhere between 650-670 via lendingtree.com only 2,000 though there lowest limit. My2kgt
