my fico score on CW dropped 32 points in one day nothing was in dispute and nothing changed on my report except my credit limit on a closed account went up.(i dont know why that changed i called the comany and zerified the account is closed) i called EQ and they said well some changes (in score) day to day are normal. my question is a 32 point drop normal and is there no one responsible for explaining the scores to the consumer? i spoke to EQ managment at 3 differnt levels and called two other phone numbers given me by EQ but it seemed they were all just reading off the FAQ page.
