Removing a public record such as BK? Just wondering if it can even be done? Also is it possible to get in legal trouble for disputing such information? The dates are wrong, the name is wrong, numbers are different on each report. Plantiff has my lawyers name on one of them asset is 0 liability is 0 n/a on others. All different. Or is it best to not dispute such things?
