file to long

    hi,

    my exquifax, i cant pull up my file, because the file is too large. i had only 15 account in their. I called them they said I do pull my file everyday that is why I am putting inq in my file and file is too big.

    Come one guys.. I am paying for this service, and i will pull my file everyday. It has been almost 10 days and they coudnt resolve my problem. equifax is telling me to call CSC and I called CSC and they dont know what to do? Any idea guys.. How can i deal with this..

    DELETE INQUIRES FROM THE BOTTOM UP...TRY 50 if still not working TRY 50 MORE...

    So, I have to tell them to delete the inq ? hope those moran will do that.

    just ask them to delete the inquiries you've made from credit watch. they did this for me without me even asking last week...80 of them disappeared.

    THEY SAY~~~only YOU see them...

    I HAVE SEEN THEM...they can go...I have no use to see them again next week...or next month...

    I have the same problem now, and so far Equifax has been of no help. Tech says call reg eq phone #, dumbass eq rep says call tech. Called tech and asked for a supervisor, they're in a meeting. Have one call me back, so far no call.

    same here, these guys are bunch of morans. I am having the same poblem with them , just running around on the phone and going no where. I left a msg to a superviosr and he never did return the call.

    last time I left a message for a callback, it took 2 weeks...so dont hold your breath

    explain your situation to the woman who answers, tell her you are trying to get a loan and this is keeping you from getting it. try and be nice, I know it will be hard (at least it was for me)

    Try emailing Robin Holland at equifax. She got my file back into one in about 48 hours.

    I sent her an email Saturday Morning, She replied and forwarded it to one of her assistants I quess on Monday. Tuesday afternoon I had a merged file and a happy face.

    Equifax would not help me with my file, since my area is controlled by CSC, their affiliate. So he may not be able to use Robin
