After lurking for a few months I have finally gathered the kahunas to file a suit against equifax today. I couldn't believe how simple it was. It took all about 5 minutes and cost me $28. I am definetely taking my chances since reasoning with these extraordinary people at Equifaxhas taken a toll on me. Can anyone please send me references to any cases the may have regarding: 1. Failure to produce verifications procedures 2. Refusing to delete erroneous treadlines 3. Removal of good tradelines for no apparent reasons. I was able to get letters from the original creditors to back up my claim. Any help with be greatly appreciated. Thanks to everybody. You guys rule!
