I went through and finally filled. I think I should have taken the advice way back, but I am glad that I finally did it. There are so creditors whom I'd like to add to the file. I understand that I still have some time Correct? My 341 meeting in not until late January 06. My filing qualified under the old laws, that I made sure of. please advice. Oh I am in Cali.
If you still have creditors to add, then either you or your lawyer must submit an updated schedule to the trustee ASAP otherwise the debt is not discharged at the 341 hearing. Don't screw up your filing after getting this far; submit the amended info.
