my husband was out of work since june and we had to file. we filed ch 7 before the 16th so the old laws apply. . we are so excited he finally got a job but what happens now? will they dismiss the bk since he now will have some income (not unemployment)?? this job is in a different state so we will have to move. our creditors meeting isnt till next month. has this happened to anybody? we will be calling our laywer of course after we get all the info for this job but was just wondering if anybody knows about this situation thanks !
