Recently filed my complaint against CRA in federal court for multiple violations of the FCRA.

Feel pretty good about the complaint as I have gathered a lot of solid violations against the CRA in the last year.

Some of the violations I filed were for:

    - refusing to investigate (on several different accounts over a period of a year. Some of my disputes included letters of deletion from the creditors)
    - Hiding accounts (I have the proof)
    - Failing to respond for a description of the procedures used to determnine accuracy/completeness
    - Claiming to verify an account I do not believe they verified (creditor had already sent in a UDF to delete)
    - refusing to investigate inquiries (even when I complained about CA accessing my credit report just to harass me for a bill they knew did not belong to me)

My actual damages included several denials for a cc card, cc line increase, and conveying of incorrect information to bank for a home equity loan, and other subjective emotional damages.

Cost of $150 for filing fee, $40 for process server, and a new toner.

    Will keep updated.
