Filed my first Lawsuit

    HI,

    I filed my first suit on small claims, I am suing a collection agency. They have ignored all my attempts for validation but yet when I dispute with credit bureau they confirm the debt.

    I got my docket number, is this a good time to fax them a settlement letter? Is there a template of a settlement letter for a CA? I have seen some for CRA but not any for CA.
