I have disputed filenes twice, and both times they verified. This is a paid acct, not due to come off until 12/2004. It is still shown as open. should I close it before I start sending the nutcase letters, so they can't pull my reports? I disputed once with EQ and TU, and twice with EXP, all verified except for TU, which isn't in yet. Tracy

No, at first I disputed as not mine, hoping it would go away. Then I noticed it still shows open. I was wondering-at first-if I disputed as closed, would that be admitting it's mine. But at this point, it doesn't matter because the "not mine" isn't working. It's time for some letters. So, I guess I answered my own question! LOL
