Good afternoon all. I wanted to know if anyone can assist me on filing a complaint with a company that has not only harrass me, but has told people at my job that I will be sent to prison if I dont pay. The amount is only for $350.00 but the harrassment and the threats will not be tolerated just to get your money.

I live in the state of Maryland.

Any and all help will be appreciated.

I had a problem with a CA...I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). You can also check their history and if there have any other complaints against them. When I filed mine, the company only had one other...now they have about 17.

The BBB will go to them with your complaint and get their attempt at a resolution...however, if you have filed a C&D with the CA (which you definitely should have by now), they can't communicate with the BBB regarding your case.

Also, you can file a complaint with your Attorney General's office. Be sure to cc: the CA on all complaints and send them copies.

It also sounds like you have sufficient reason to sue them.

-Remember the BBB is funded and supported by the very companies you want to complain about :)

-If a complaint INCLUDED a civil compliant, there are a few issues the immediately stick out :) let us know
