Yes, you read right! LOL Today, I filed a Planetfeedback complaint against the BBB of Denver. I didn't know I could do it but you can! They have an umbrella organization. Basically, I filed a complaint against the real estate company that rented to us and many have read have been less than honest (that's being nice). I got a letter 5/31/02 stating they would reflect as unsatisfactory. It was for a few weeks, then it changed mysteriously to satisfactory. I wrote to the guy who wrote me who was uncaring and rude (he ranked my complaint between manicures and thousand dollar deals-wasn't that nice?) Shoot, he's the one who told me it would be marked as unsatisfactory. I faxed and asked for a supervisor, emailed, etc...nothing. So, today I found I could write to the umbrella organization and hopefully get the BBB of Denver to do as they promised they would. This is a first, I believe! LOL But wanted others to know it was out there in case you have an unanswered complaint or have a problem like this one. I'll let you you all know what happens!
