    Hi ya'll Getty here:

    Later today I'm headed to file my Order to Show Cause aganist evil CA for obtaining default judgment (I wasn't aware of it.) Question: should I file my complaint for FDCPA violations at the same time? Would that help or hurt?

    I'd really like any help you could provide. Thanks.
