   I finally closed on my first home this past Thursday. Thanks to all on this board for all of your helpful info. Also received a new Lowe's card with a $1500 limit, which was more than the $1000 limit offered on the preapproval letter. I had a 725 Transunion score with a 7 year old bankruptcy.
