I have been battling with Chase to reevaluate my account since then end of Jan when my last baddie left me. They initially gave me 2k in Dec, so I called to get them to do a reevaluation (like BoA did) and all I got from them was denial for too high credit utilization. I am currently at 18% utilization. I called retention, was very nice, told them I would patiently sit on hold however long it took to straighten it out. Final outcome the other night was they were going to have a human being look at my case (no computer). Today I log on to chase.com and what did I see? CL boosted to 7000K. There are a few nice reps in retention at chase. Now, all I have to do is wait for the inquiries to fall off, but I got a lot of time now. I have BoA at 12.5k and Chase Continental at 7k
