Signed up for Creditexpert's 30 day trial last week. I found out that in several months of credit repair, my Experian score with up a grand total of 5 points, from 574 to 579. Well, I got my latest results of an online dispute and was surprised. My score went up to 587. Eight whole points. I am not trying to be sarcastic, but I am finally getting some results with Experian. I had a recent collection account deleted from 1/2001 and my $100 credit card from Providian was changed from 2 30 day lates to Open/never late. Yippeee.

Too bad I paid off the card and closed the account. Also, I paid off a $68 collection account that was on my report since 1996. I got them to remove the line in exchange for payment. I smell 600.

    3/2002
    EX- 587
    EQ- 565
TU- 526 (down 25) damn inquiries! Fresh disputes on the way

Congrats!! glad to see you're moving on up. It would seem though that your score would go more than those little points.

Good job, I went from about 10 late pays and 3 collection accounts to 3 lates pays and no collection accounts. Getting these last 3 lates pays off has been a royal pain in the arse.
