The judgement against me with Liberal Finance is paid off... Do you know of any letters I have to send to the CRA's to have this satisfied? Please advise...

Liberal Finance ( or therir attorney) needs to file a "Satisfaction of Judgement" with the court that issued the judgment, and send you a copy of same.

Then dispute any entry on your CR's as "Inaccurate" Maybe you will get lucky and they will remove it altogether

This is not something you would provide them with. Their attorney needs to file this at the court house.
I imagine they would provide the form as it must vary from state to state.

As far as anything you could do, you could write a letter to the creditor requesting a copy of the Satisfaction Piece

If the CRA's are reporting the judgment as not paid, and you have proof that it is paid, then dispute with them as "Innacurate" nothing more, nothing less.
This way they will remove entry if it cannot be verified.
( it may, however, show up again in the future if they correct the information)

Why wouldn't he want to call the atty for the creditor and ask him NOT to respond to a motion to vacate.

Then AFTER it's vacated, dispute with CRA's?

Wouldn't that eliminate most of the "get lucky" guess work?

    Hmmm???
