Have any of you with very good credit received offers from finance companies? I've received checks already filled out for amts over 4k which act as instant loans if you sign them. The terms are ridiculous, over 28% interest. I can see why someone just starting out or with bad credit might want them, but I have several hard-t0-get cards with high CL, so I can;t understand why they would send them to me.
