Has anyone heard of these people? They have a three year old medical collection which I am going to pay. I sent them a verification letter. They had it listed on EQ. After receiving the letter from me they added it again with a different amount($30.00) and also now posted it on Experian. It has been on my EQ for about a year. Now they are playing games with me and my credit report. I will only deal with original creditor(hospital). Do I have any way to get even with these b@strds?? They are in Clearwater. If I pay hospital now, do I have recourse to make these jerks remove the collection?
