My scores are as follows. Beacon 707,TU 615,EX 618. I have 2 mortgages that I would like to consolidate into one. I need a 90% LTV ratio and Countrywide who is wonderful is only willing to refinance the first sine the second is with someone else THE CUT-OFF AT COUNTRYWIDE IS 620 MIDDLEbut since we are good paying customers they will refinance with us no questions asked(first only) Are there any lenders who work with these scores at a decent rate?
