How do you find a phone number to a credit card company that has changed its name? I owe money but I don't have a record of an address or phone number. The company used to be called Prime Option. Thanks for any help!!
RE: finding a credit card comp I could be mistaken, but I vaguely remember that Discover Card had a product called 'Prime Option. Does that ring a bell with anyone else? I seem to recall that the card was emerald green.
RE: finding a credit card comp In 1994, Dean Witter Discover Co. (issuer of the Discover Card) had a co-branded "Prime Option" MasterCard in conjunction with NationsBank. The co-branding contract may have expired or been terminated, and the accounts transfered somewhere. So inquire with either/both of those as to what may have happened to the accounts. http://www.cardreport.com
