Does anyone know how to find out if a judgement has been entered against you?

Is there any kind of online searches you can do? I have an account that is close to the SOL, and I want to be sure that a judgement was not entered against me without my knowledge.

I moved quite a few times in the past 5 years, and may not have been served due to this factor.

It depends, a lot of counties have online public records searches. You can search public records for the majority of Florida counties at http://www.myfloridacounty.com You just have to check the counties you lived in to see if they have public records online.

    Gib,

Thanks for the reply. However, I live in New York, and am unable to find any kind of online searchable database.

If anyone else has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it. 8^)
