That's a question I have...
what would close a post?
First "Clothed" Post
I have a clothed post. Does that count?
Good question, Judy. The criteria used in determining when to close a thread is, of course, entirely subjective. However, it is useful when we want to force a thread to "age", particularly when the thread is no longer relevant. Because each reply to a thread will send the thread back to the top, it is all too easy for threads to be revived. Depending on the topic, this may or may not be the desired effect. Closing the thread would force it into the background.
Hope this helps!
That sounds like a good enough reason to me.
Thanks for the reply!
Thank you for the explaination, PBM. Actually, I can totally relate to the whole "push it into the background thing". I had a relationship like that once.
