CRAs say they verified this debt w/First Collection Svcs. Apparently I owe money to a school I used to attend. My account was paid in full and never late upon my leaving school. I sent a validation letter to the CA and have not heard back from them. It has been well over 30 days. How should I proceed?
Is this on your reports? If so, send a C&D letter, telling them they failed to validate, to dease collecting and take their entry off your credit reports.
