    To whom it may concern;
    This letter is a complaint. I am alarmed at the inaccurasies that I see on my credit report. I ordered the "3 beaureau reports" from Homestore.com. I therefore, ask for any and all information pertaining to CREDIT MANAGEMENT and THE COLLECTION TEAM be fowarded to me a.s.a.p. These agencies are reporting incorrect information about me. Please help by sending any documents you have regarding these companies, bearing my signature, to the above address and remove them from my file. Also, please send me an updated copy of my current report.

    Thank you for your help,

    Do not send this letter to Equifax. They have no documentation with your signature pertaining to those accts. If you want proof of the accounts, you need to send a validation letter to the collection agency. You can find the validation letters in the letter section of this site. If you want to dispute them with the credit bureau, then just send a short dispute to Equifax saying something like - "the collection team is not my account, please delete" and leave it at that.

    To whom it may concern;
    This letter is a complaint. I am alarmed at the inaccuracies that I see on my credit report. I ordered the "3 beaureau reports" from Homestore.com. CREDIT MANAGEMENT and THE COLLECTION TEAM are reporting incorrect information about me. These accounts are not mine. Also , FORD MOTOR CREDIT has been paid in full, and should be shown as closed, never late. Please help by removing the agencies from my file , adjusting the FMC listing, and sending an updated copy of my report.

    Thank you for your help,

    //thx again, boo
