this is a credit card account that i had big problems with them not posting payments on time etc. they closed my account for being over limit when it was time to renew... (good riddance) However, now I have three 30 day lates, 2 60 day lates and 1 90 day late posted on my cr. I sent nutcase one... they responded with copy of signed application to reopen the account (2002) not original app from 99. I just sent nutcase #2, asking for original app and full accounting.. should i try SD dept of banking..... I just want this one deleted!
