I just received my First Premier MC today. I was not at all happy with the credit line so I called. They transferred me to retention who immediately proceeded to drop the annual fee and increase the LOC, and I haven't even had the card for 6 hours. I know these cards are expensive to have but I was impressed that they wanted my business and went out of their way to keep me as a customer unlike Aspire. I called to cancel after the bs they pulled a couple of weeks ago and the answer I got when I said I wanted to close my accout was "ok".
