Can you get a card from them if you filed CH> 7 on them?? Has anyone got more than the $250 limit when they received the card?
you mean if you included first premier in a CH7? If so, you may get blacklisted, but my guess is probably not. As long as the BK is discharged and you have one open tradeline 6 months old and no 60+ day delinquencies then you should get it. I've had my first premier visa for about 4 years now but the limit is only $950, I started at $250 and have not heard of anyone get an initial limit higher than $250. The only reason I keep this card is because of the length of the TL and I've had a fixed 9.9% for 2 years now and the annual fee waived after the first year. Many have had troubles with this card though and searching this board, you'll find the negative stuff.
