Hey everyone- Has anyone had any experiences to get First Premier to agree for a PFD? I have 2 accounts I'm looking to remove. I sent them an initial letter offering a PFD, however, I just received generic "thank you for contacting us, here are your following payment options..." letters back. These accounts are closed... some reports show "collections" or "charge-off" with DOFD in 2008. Any advice on how to move forward?
First Premier is known for being difficult. Are these accounts all with collection agencies now, or are they still with FP?
I'm having the same experience. I emailed them, got a letter saying that they don't do PFDs but will settle and update the account.
