Today I got another statemnet on my paid off First Premier secured account. Once again my 1500. credit balance shows but still no check. At least they didnt charge me a partcipation fee this time. In mail I also got a preapproval from them for an unsecured master card. thats one preapproval I wont be applying for because FIRST PREMIER SUCKS.
