I received a letter today from the Sheriff's Dept. I have an attorney...Kenosian & Miele, LLP..who is representing Sunlan LDP, LLC and the plaintiff is First Select, Inc. and they received a judgement against me and will be garnishing my Wells Fargo Account. This is supposedly for a judgement they received on 07-23-99. They renewed the judgement on 05-08-08. I never received notice of any court date pertaining to this and I do not know who any of these people are...what can I do to stop them?
