After my 1st validation letter to NCO for a paid collection account, and a call to Chase about an old auto loan reporting a duplicate account with 15 - 30 day and 4 - 60 day lates, I got my first smell of sweet success! Looked at CreditWatch today, and ... Collection is gone, and Chase removed one of the accounts, and changed to 6- 30 days and 0 - 60 days. Nothing on TU or EXP yet, but I'm now more hopeful than ever. Thank you all so much for your invaluable words of wisdom! You guys are awesome! PS - my EQ score went up 58 points. This is addictive!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see how the CRA disputes turn out.
