Newcomer as of December. Did not know anything. I am sooooo glad I found this website. Disputed online w/ Experian. Checked it today. Guess What??? Disputed 3 inquiries---All deleted Disputed 2 tradelines, one deleted the other one is due 1/13!!! (that was the one I posted about that they just added to the orginial disputes and gave me the same result day but I only disputed 2 weeks ago)! I had sent this company a validation letter- The CRRR picked up 12/26 so hopefully that binds them since they have to send me proof before Experian-right??? Yeah....my hubby's not home for me to tell him yet. It was his report!!!!! Wanted to share
How do you request an investigation on an inquiry on the experian website? I am able to investigate individual account entries but don't see the option to investigate inquiries.
I am not looking at the website, so I am going to try to answer as best as possible: at the top it says neg infor, personal, etc. and inquiries. select inquiries....At the top of the screen (after you make your selection pick investigation or start investigation-something like that. Anyways if that don't work post again and I will go back to the website and go thru the steps again so I can tell ya how!!!!
