Hi all, I used to have an account crdit card account with First Union. Well, I was very late a bunch of times ad since have paid a huge ammount of what is owed me, although this account shows up on my credit report as an MBNA account sincethey have taken over the credit card duties. I still owe 400 dollars and still have the bad marks n my reports. My question is, is there anyway for me to finish paying these guys whats owed and get this account updated to something favorable? If so, how???
actually, Lexington is handleing all my clean up process but, I noticed that it was on my most recent reports. I am sure they know what they are doing, but I wa wandring if I should contact the creditor myself, beings that it is mbna and they are the big kahunas of the cc world???
