First United Group Credit cards

    I've recently applied through the link on this website for the unsecured VISA from First United Group but the company requires me to pay a $49.95 one time processing fee before they would send me the list of banks that I've been pre-approved with. Has anyone ever tried this service?

    Too late...I practically threw away $50 which I could've used to pay my debts. This was done through the sub prime First United VISA link through the "Credit Cards" tab link. After submitting the application form I was directed to a web page that offered 100% refund if any of the credit card issuers turned me down for a non-secured credit card. Anyway, I hope people read this and avoid same mistake I made.
