Applied for their card, received the standard you will receive something in the mail within 30 days. I called and checked the status line, was told my application was in review and I should get letter within 7-10 business days. Is this their standard denial route??
Not necessarily. Applied on July 30. Recorded message says it is still under review and I'll hear in 7-10 days. 2 different reps have said they can see the app is in the system but not that there is a decision. One rep said he would note to send it back through. We still haven't heard a word. (Sent a PFB last week and 4 days later it was returned as undeliverable....) DemPooches
