I included first USA in my BK7 4-2002.. , now they are reporting this account with 3K balance, delinquent... every month they are reporting late payments to the CRA's. I disputed with all 3 CRA's as not mine, incorect balance, never late... always comes back verified. I think it's time to deal with the OC (first USA) , what should I do? any advices? Thanks
I am hoping this is not a dumb question, but...did you ever dispute it as "included in bankruptcy"? First USA is way out of line - have you contacted them directly? Nutcase may work. -ingenue
What kind of certified letter should I write to them? I have never disputed anything directly with First Usa. Thanks
